I created KBI Digital to share what I’ve learned about working effectively, leading people, and building a workday that leaves room for life.

My background includes more than 25 years in data analytics and a decade of working remotely and leading remote teams. Along the way, I’ve managed complex projects, helped teams navigate change, and learned that knowing how to do the work is only part of the challenge. Helping other people succeed takes a different set of skills—and plenty of practice.

I’ve also made mistakes. Some lessons came through experience, others through difficult conversations or realizing that an approach I thought was helping needed to change. Those lessons are part of what I bring to these books, alongside the strategies and habits that have served me well. My goal is to give you practical guidance you can use in your own work. Whether you’re creating a better routine at home, learning to delegate, or stepping into your first management role, you’ll find exercises, examples, and tools to help you put the ideas into practice.

I hope my experience helps you avoid a few unnecessary struggles, approach a difficult situation with more confidence, or simply recognize that you don’t have to have everything figured out to take the next step.
